We reserve the rights to change the contents on the website at any time, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We may from time to time display additional terms and conditions on this website, for example in connection with a specific promotion or in connection with the sale of goods or services. If the terms and conditions for use of this website should conflict in any way with such additional terms then the additional terms will prevail.
All orders placed through our site will bring into effect the Terms and Conditions. We are under no obligation to accept your order, we will confirm your order has been accepted once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming the payment and acceptance of your order. If we encounter any problems with your order you will be contacted by a member of our customer services team.
Price & Payment
When purchasing products the price you pay will be the price quoted on the website at the time and date your order was received. We only accept GBP Sterling and all prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via PayPal and STRIPE credit/debit cards (all major cards are accepted). By submitting a credit or debit card number you warrant that you are authorised to use the card and that all information that you submit is true and accurate. You also authorise us to charge the card for all the amounts payable, based on the products ordered. No order will be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
We try to ensure that all prices advertised on our website are correct. If we discover that the products ordered are listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you as soon as possible with the correct price/details. You will be given the option of re-confirming your order or cancelling it.
Our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts may contain comments, reviews and feedback submitted by our customers. It is not possible for us to monitor content left by our customers at all times, we therefore take no responsibility for offensive content left. We will do our utmost to remove any offensive content as soon as possible.
